Electra S High Pressure Electrofusion Machine

The ELEKTRA S is a versatile and high-performance electrofusion machine designed with lightweight portability in mind. It is available in two power supply options: 230V and 110V. This machine is capable of welding EF fittings up to OD 200 mm (230V version) or 315 mm (110V version) for high-pressure pipelines made of PE, PP, and PP-R. It supports EF fittings in the range of 8 ÷ 48 V. Key features include:

• Universal Connectors: 90° connectors (4.0-4.7mm) eliminate the need for adapters.
• Advanced Laser Scanner: Reads EF fitting barcodes to automatically set welding parameters per ISO 13950. The laser technology improves scanning performance under challenging lighting conditions. Manual entry of parameters (Voltage/Time) and barcode digits is also supported.
• Traceability Compliance: Meets ISO 12176-3 (operator traceability) and ISO 12176-4 (fitting/pipe traceability) standards.
