Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 

1.1 Orders can be canceled before processing has started. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible. 

  

Damaged Product Replacement 

2.1 If your product is damaged during shipping, it will be replaced upon inspection. Please ensure to inspect the product upon delivery and notify us immediately if any damage is detected. 

  

Return Initiation 

3.1 Returns will not be initiated from our side. Customers should arrange a courier partner to pick up the product from your location. 

  

3.2 To be eligible for return, ensure you have all tags, invoices, and other accessories intact. 

  

3.3 Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent transit damage. 

  

Late or Missing Refunds 

4.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund is not reflected, contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

  

Refund Policy 

5.1 Products could be returned within 15 days of arrival. 

5.2 Refunds will only be initiated upon inspection of the product. 

  

Return Eligibility 

6.1 You can return the product if not satisfied with the product.
